GENERAL☆ The client agrees that the commission is for personal use only and does not have the right to reproduce the artwork for any profit whatsoever, but they are allowed to repost it on social media.☆ The client agrees to still credit me as the original artist of the commissioned artwork.☆ Client does not hold the right to use the product in any AI technology nor blockchain-associated technology (NFT, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space).──────ARTIST'S RIGHTS☆ As the artist, I retain the copyright of the commissioned artwork.☆ I reserve the right to use, publish, livestream and record the commissioned artwork and its process.☆ If commissioned for fanart of an existing series or franchise, I reserve the right to sell the artwork at any given point, such as prints or in art books.☆ As the artist, I reserve the right to decline the commission request for any reason I see fit.☆ I have the right to cancel the commission at any time if the client is excessively or continuously rude, demanding, childish, or inappropriate. The client will not be refunded and will be blacklisted.──────PAYMENTS & REFUNDS☆ Payments must be full and upfront or 50% after approved sketch and 50% before showing the final product, through Paypal invoices only and in USD.☆ Once the lineart has been completed I do not accept refunds unless something happens on my part.──────~ COMMISSION PROCESS ~☆ Please provide as many visual references as possible, the more references, the better the result. If there’s anything specific you want to see in the picture, add that too.☆ Commissions without a visual reference will be charged an extra 10~30$ depending on the complexity.☆ Commissions are not first come first served.☆ I'll try and finish your order as soon as possible, but it may get delayed due to health problems or classes, please be patient! The estimated waiting time is 1 - 3 weeks from the moment I start working on your commission.☆ I will contact you if there will be a longer delay.☆ I'll send you a couple of sketches for approval. This is when you can ask for major changes in the composition and add props/details accordingly (3 max). There are no big changes possible later in the process, so please be concise with your feedback.☆ Once I'm done with cleaning up the line-art and adding colours, I'll only allow a few minor adjustments: hues, a colour, small details, text variations etc, but no big alterations that affect the composition.☆ I will deliver the full piece via e-mail + any other social media platform as per the requirement of the client. The artwork is a digital good and will not be physically sent to the customer.
